Chennai, day 2 India!

Ok, Today started off, with nice 2:30am wakeup.... (ok I was already awake, trying to master the toilet... yeah it's a little different)... But we will get to that a little later... we had to catch a plane to Chennai,  got to see my first 2 westerner faces at the airport!! First 2 since leaving KL..... Security at the airport is pretty tight.... they went though all my checked in luggage...  not sure what they were looking for.... but seemed pretty happy....

Got to Chennai, and we met up with one of Raju's fathers work colleges, who took use one a tour all day around Chennai!.. started off visiting temples, (sorry no photos are allowed inside, and I didn't take any of the outside, will try again later...) as I'm pretty sure... there will be a lot more... temples are crazy busy, religion I guess is really important to there way of life, my poor feet! Are going to get hardened up, No shoes allowed in the temples... the design, and layout is pretty amazing, the towers... are always based in 3's I.e. should be 3 6 9 12 15 18 etc (well that's if I got that bit right)... food, is really good! And crazy cheap... have no desire to go non veg here...

Visited a crocodile park, it was pretty big.... lots of different types, one enclosure, and 430 crocodile's, hate to see what that is like at feeding time....

Anyway... My internet is currently a 3 G connection, with about 1 gig of data at the moment, it should be unlimited soon, with roaming data, cost $12nz per month..... have a cool little app to reduce the sizes... hopefully the quality will be ok!! Anyway... will send the pic's!
